Mom’s Lasagne A favourite family meal
SERVES 4 PREP TIME 30 Min COOK TIME  30 Min (or 45 if     .                               refrigerated) STAND  10 Min READY IN 70 Min
Ingredients: 1- 1½  lb hamburger ( browned and drained) 1 jar (or jar and a half)  spaghetti sauce 1 Large container of cottage cheese 2 eggs beaten ½ cup grated parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons parsley flakes 1 teas salt ½ teas pepper Sliced mozerella cheese Lasagne noodles

Directions: 1. Brown and drain the hamburger then add spaghetti sauce. 2. Beat eggs, add cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.  Mix together.  3. Layer with noodles, meat sauce, cheese mix and  cover with mozerella. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or prepare early, refrigerate and then bake for 45 minutes.  5. Let cool for about 10 to slice easily.  n.b.  If using no-bake noodles put small amount of tomato sauce on bottom of pan.  If using                 .       13 x 9 pan you will need 2 packages of sliced mozerella (or a mixture of sliced and           .        grated mozerella.)
