Baked Parmesan Meatballs Eat as is or combine later in sauce or gravy with pasta or mashed potatoes

Ingredients: 1 lb Ground Beef 1 cup Fresh Breadcrumbs 1 Chopped Onion (medium) ½ cup Grated Parmesan ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Parsley (or 1 Tbsp Parsley Flakes) 1 Egg 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
Make multiples at a time and freeze for later meals:
Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F 2. Mix ingredients until only just blended. 3. Shape into 12-24 Meatballs (size to your choice) 4. Place on foil covered rimmed baking sheet 5. Bake for 25 minutes or until done (160°F internal temperature)
