Standing on 12 acres with a Lake Allegan Shoreline, our Home is
Perfect for our Retirement. It is Secluded but not Isolated. It’s Big
enough to Accomodate Friends and Family when they Visit. Allegan is
well Sited for easy access to three Larger Cities as well as Lake
Michigan and two Ski Resorts within 10 minutes drive. The Lake is
1,500 acres and, with the Game Reserve taking up much of it’s
shoreline, Sparesly Populated. You can Fish from our Dock on the
Lake or in the well-stocked Pond on the property. We have a Pontoon
Boat with a 110 HP motor, a motorised Paddleboat and two Kayaks
for Summer Fun. And, for those winter evenings, a British Pub in the
basement.
